Nancy D. Spicer, CPA, has over twenty years of extensive corporate experience. Nancy is a 1983 accounting graduate of Loyola College in Maryland, passed the Maryland CPA exam in 1984, and earned a Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Business Management. Continuing education includes study with The Wharton Business School and Dale Carnegie.
Nancy’s expertise is in implementing best practices and driving overall operating results. Prior to co-founding The Wealth Maximization Group, she spent much of her professional career in the strategic planning and operations management of major corporations including Westinghouse, Pepsi-Cola and The Quaker Oats Company. Most recently, she was the director of Strategic Financial Solutions, LLC, her own financial consulting business.
Nancy currently serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Roses and Rainbows Ministries, Inc., an interdenominational Christian women’s ministry. Throughout her career, Nancy has been an active member of the professional community including affiliation with The Maryland Association of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. In the past, she served as Treasurer for the Executive Women’s Network and served on the Accounting Advisory Board for Loyola College.
In addition to enjoying family time which now includes two granddaughters, Nancy’s personal interests include volunteer work, travel, gardening, crafts, and cooking.
